With father's day just around the corner, it's never too early to start crafting a present with the NK! Especially because there's a good chance you'll have to do it a few times before getting it right. (AKA without NK turning it into a mess.)

This year, with two kiddos, I decided it would be easiest to stick to a card. It turned out surprisingly well for a project that included painting the feet of a toddler and an infant. (Until the toddler saw the finished product, learned that he was sharing a card with his sister, and spit, yes SPIT, on her footprint. Dad doesn't have to know.) -_-

While the card's cover is pretty cute, it's the inside that really made it special. I gave NK a little prompt for what we could say to dad. It was simple: "What is dad good at?" and "What do you like to do with dad?" You may have to give them some time to think, but the answers are, obviously, adorable. (Or hilarious.) My NK wanted to let dad know that he is good at going to work. LOL.
